TERM & CONDITIONS

1. Introductions
This page sets out the terms and conditions (“Website Terms”) on which we, Peetfennelly LTD (“we” or “Dinners for winners”), provide our services through our website
www.dinnersforwinners.com and any dinners for winners mobile application through which you access our
website or services (together, “Website”). Please read these Website Terms carefully before
ordering any products through, the Website, as your purchase of any products offered on
the Website is subject to these Website Terms. By ordering products via the Website
(whether now or in the future), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms. Use of the
Website is also subject to these Website Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Website Terms from time to time by changing them on this page.
We advise you to print a copy of these Website Terms for future reference. These Website Terms are
only in the English language.
 
 
2. Capacity and age:
By placing an Order through the Website, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
You are at least 18 years old.
 
 
3. Your Order
3.1. Compiling your Order: Once you have selected the Products you wish to order from
the menu and provided the other required information, you will be given the opportunity to
submit your Order by clicking or selecting the “place order” button. It is important that you
check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking or selecting
this button; once you do so we will start processing your Order and errors cannot be
corrected.
 
3.2. Amending or cancelling your Order: Once you have submitted your Order and your
payment has been authorised, you will not be entitled to change or cancel your Order, nor
will you be entitled to a refund (please refer to paragraph 3.4 for details of the process
relating to rejected Orders). If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you may contact our
Customer Care team and they will do their best to facilitate this request. However, there is
no guarantee that we will be able to facilitate this as we may have already started processing
(purchasing ingredients and cooking) your Order.
 
3.3. Payment authorisation: Where any payment you make is not authorised, your Order
will not be processed.
 
3.4. Processing your Order and rejections: On receipt of your Order, we will begin
processing it and will notify you by email that your Order has been received and is being
processed. Please note that any confirmation page that you may see on the Website and
any Order confirmation e-mail that you may receive each merely indicate that your Order has
been received and is being processed. We will notify you (generally by email) as soon as
reasonably practicable if we reject your Order.
 
3.5. Delivery of your Order:
Estimated times for deliveries are just that, estimates. We can’t
guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated
times. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed
order form. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time
delivery is attempted and no other arrangements have been made, the Meals
will have to be collected from our premises in Kilkenny.
 

3.6 Subscription Services

For the customer’s convenience, we offer a subscription service by which you choose a meal plan on our website and we send those meals to your selected location on a weekly basis. It is not an issue if you want to change your plan by upgrading or switching to an alternative package, but by doing so you authorise Dinners for Winners to debit the higher or difference in € from your account then and on a weekly basis.

3.7 Refunds

If we should have to issue a refund to you, we aim to do so within 7 – 10 working days. If, on delivery, you find that any products are damaged or are in an unacceptable condition, then you must inform us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to inspect the Product. We will not be responsible for any Product which is damaged or faulty as a result of your failure to store the Product appropriately. In the case that, at our discretion, we find that the Product delivered is not up to standard, we will send replacement products to you immediately. There are no other refunds unless otherwise stated.

3.8 Cancellation

Subscription customers have the ability to select, alter, or cancel a meal delivery at any stage prior to the weekly cut-off time of THURSDAY 11:00 pm. Order cancellations must be submitted prior to the cut-off time to take effect for the next week’s delivery. After the cut-off time, orders are unable to be cancelled or modified. Unless Dinners for Winners are notified by the subscriber prior to the cut-off time, Company will prepare and deliver the meals selected in congruence with subscription terms and will therefore bill the credit card on file in accordance with our normal billing procedures.

4. Disclaimer

Before consuming any products from Dinners for Winners please note that we make a range of dishes in our kitchen and we cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, sesame seeds, tree nuts, shellfish, fish and lupin.

Although we purchase all our fish fillets boneless, our supplier cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the fish meals as they may contain bones.

Dinners for Winners accepts no liability to any allergic reaction caused as a result of consuming our products. If you are unsure about any of the information provided above, please consult your doctor.

Ingredients are subject to change due to supplier stock levels. In the event that we are unable to provide an exact item, we then provide the closest possible replacement for that meal. 

Whilst we try our very best to ensure the correct time of delivery for your meals, unfortunately, you may receive your delivery outside of our stated delivery window. This can occur but not often, due to high volumes of deliveries, traffic conditions and weather conditions that are unfortunately out of our hands.  

Images on website are only a guide to what food may look like. Food may look different and slightly vary. Exercise and correct diet are essential to achieve and maintain weight loss.
